Right! so picture a big ol double cheeseburger eaten WITHOUT the sugary bun, the large order of French fries and OH, of course the 24 oz coke!
I am SURE this is one of the major reasons why those who eat more animal protein increase their risk of developing diabetes!
So, is becoming a vegetarian ideal all the way around?
Yes, IF you know how to cook, (LOTS) food combine (perfectly) and know how to create complete protein meals…(Have tons of spare time time?)
A shift to a plant based diet would lead to projected reductions in global mortality and greenhouse gases by 10%!
So, to meet your body and benefit your long term health at least halfway?
Eat wisely…add at least 2 cups of colorful veggies as well as 2 pieces or cups of fresh organic if possible fruit to your food choices DAILY!
LOSE the sodas and sugary stuff! (check out labels)
All that fiber will increase your leptin production and viola! the satiety button blinks ON…Your B.M.’s are stellar, blood sugar is controlled (with fiber) and you at the least will maintain your weight better and perhaps even lose a couple of pounds of fat per month!
